We will contact you within 24 hours after the initial contact to arrange a viewing appointment with you. You will not incur any costs for this.
Visit on site
In order to be able to estimate the costs more precisely, our construction consultant then assesses the condition and compares them with you and your ideas.
Offer
You will receive a non-binding cost estimate with all the exact trades and positions according to BKP. This gives you a complete overview of the costs and services from day 1.
Start of construction
Before work begins, your personal site manager will contact you and answer all your questions about your project.

We offer individual structural engineering planning for your building project. Our partner architect and fire protection specialist up to level QSS 2 ideally complement your advice.
Planning
In an initial meeting we will discuss your wishes and ideas with you. What benefit should your construction project have and what does the financial aspect look like on your side.
Site management
You get a direct line to the construction manager who coordinates and monitors your construction project and ensures that it is completed on time. In addition, your personal construction manager is available for your wishes and suggestions.
